Its absolutely deplorable. There is no place for racism in sports or in any form in a civilized society. Iam all for the authorities to crack down on the fellows, arrest and charge them for racist behaviour.
Am also in favour of banning the city from hosting any sports in the future till it cleans up its act.

I have to admit, Australia’s record in relation to immigration and our own indiginious people is poor. That being said, things have improved over the last 30 years or so and the new generations of Australians do not share the values of the past.

There is inequatliy in every country. India itself has left behind huge regions of people, who live in poverty, while other parts prosper in the “economic miricial”.

It is sorry to hear that you feel Australians are a racist people. I can only say that Austrlians do not feel this way about your country fellows.

P.S Muralitharan is a chucker and should have been forced to change his action or step aside. Monty Panesar has become somewhat of a cult hero. Arjuna Ranatunga objectioned to the Australians refusing to allow him to have a runner as “racist”. We just thought he was fat.

Did you forget how Monty Panesar of England was taunted about his turban? Do i need to make you count some more?

Btw, taking 25 years to abolish a racist law is a great thing? By the time, the last straws of the law was abolished, it was 1973. Just 7 years diff than what i said.
