The Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad is the 20th best Global Business School, according to a list compiled by the Financial Times, UK. In the process, it beat heavyweights like Nanyang Business School of Singapore(46), Carnegie Mellon(48), Leeds(48), Cornell(36) and Michigan State University(48).
For the first time an Indian business school achieved a place in the top 100. The Indian School of Business in Hyderabad is at number 20. Its MBA programme began just six years ago. Arnoud De Meyer, director of the Judge Business School, said the increase in the number of Asian business schools would result in a wave of innovation and that schools in Europe were changing.
When it came to top salaries in consulting and finance, ISB topped the whole list. Amazing results for a school that was started just six years ago. Another crowning glory for the city of Hyderabad.
